LifeDesk holds the details of your life, so this page matters more than any other we publish. It says exactly what we hold, why, who can see it, and what happens when you want it gone. Last updated September 2026.
Only what you give us: your name, email and phone number; the appointments you add; the documents you place in your vault; and the requests you hand to the concierge. We never buy data about you, scrape other sources, or ask for banking passwords or government identity numbers.
To run your desk. Your calendar exists so we can remind you. Your documents exist so you can find them and so we can flag renewals before they become urgent. Your email preferences control the only messages we ever send you.
You, and no one else by default. Every document and record is tied to your account and protected by access controls that exclude every other member. We never sell, rent, share or advertise against your information. There are no ads in LifeDesk and there never will be.
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Files in your vault are stored privately and can only be opened from your signed-in account. Sign-in is built around passkeys, biometrics and trusted providers, and sensitive actions can ask you to confirm it's really you.
When you ask LifeDesk a question or scan a document, only the minimum relevant content is sent to our AI provider to produce your answer or extract the document's details. Your information is never used to train models.
Your information stays yours for as long as you keep your account. Delete a document or appointment and it's gone. If you close your account, your profile, calendar, vault files and concierge history are deleted with it.
Privacy questions deserve a human answer. Write to us any time from the concierge inside the app and we'll respond personally.
